Why doesn’t the vendor address match what I use for ordering Glencoe textbooks?

Jamestown Reading Navigator is an online program and is handled differently than a shippable product as log in information and instructions are all sent via e-mail.

If your purchasing department requires an updated W9, please contact Glencoe Online Customer Service at 888-307-5984.

What if I have placed my order and have not received information on how to get started?

Please confirm that your order was sent to one of the locations listed above. If it is confirmed that one of those locations should have received your order, please contact Glencoe Online Customer Service at 888-307-5984 for order status. Please have available the purchase order number and the date sent. It does take approximately 48 hours to modify or create an account once your order is received.
